About Susan Parkinson Law Offices

As an attorney and rental property owner with over 27 years of experience representing landlords and property owners, I am dedicated to protecting my client’s property and rental income and navigating the rent laws to achieve the best result.  My background and experience in all facets of landlord/tenant matters make me uniquely qualified to handle your landlord/tenant disputes.

I will work aggressively and diligently to maximize your property value and rental income at a reasonable cost.  Many of my clients contact me at the first sign of a dispute in order to most effectively manage their tenant disputes pre-litigation.  In some cases the problem can be solved prior to costly litigation.  I look forward to being of service to you.
